FreeBurner is a Open Source CD / DVD Burning Suite for
Delphi, It is the purpose of this site to entice developers to join the
project and add their expertise to the library, in the hope of producing a
stable and usable set of library tools for CD and DVD burning. Most of the
library has been coded, but there are many places where developers can
find better ways of coding the routines.

Latest Update: There is now a copy of the latest SourceForge
library (FreeBurner) available on this site (see download below), this
library is from 21/02/2006 snap from SourceForge this fixes problems with
stack overflow and other bugs, also includes the Micro UDF classes so far
(not quite finished yet).
Latest Update: Dancemammal.com has moved host,
sorry for any problems there may have been during the change over, I am
currently writing the DVD Video Micro UDF classes, to create DVD Video ISO
Images, Can anyone with information or code get in touch via mail thanks.

Latest Update: The Library has now got a new home on SourceForge
(FreeBurner) where Andrew Semack and myself will be rewriting the code to
be bigger and better than before. This means the library on this site will
not be updated any more.
Latest Update: Bug fixes to the writing functions, plus better
component integration to the library, CDTEXT reading plus cue file
writing.
Latest Update: Main Burning functions are now threaded, as well
as the buffered filestream in the ISO burn function, also added a new
class, CUE BIN reader, read and extract data from Cue / Bin Files.
Latest Update: the library is now more a group of classes, and will now
burn ISO images to CD / DVD, also the library will burn Audio Wave files
to CD as CD-Audio (this burn function may need some tweaking). I have
changes the audio classes to create tracklists and convert wav file to the
correct format before burn, the tracklist is now a part of the CDBurner
class for access.
